Rest day in Maun at the very peaceful Sedia Hotel.
We enjoyed a leisurely meal at the hotel’s breakfast buffet.
It’s 11 AM, but never too early for a nap by the pool.
Nothing exciting to report; everyone took advantage of today’s free time to simply relax.
We strolled 2 km down the road in the late afternoon to visit the Okavango Craft Brewery.
Modern stainless steel fermenting tanks. Their selection today was limited to an amber ale and a stout. Disappointingly, the amber ale did not have much flavor and was relatively flat.
We ate a hearty and filling meal in the beer garden. After our repast, we returned to the camp/hotel to prepare for tomorrow’s ride. Back on the trail again as we work our way towards Windhoek.
