Day 10 January 21 Older abandoned rest stop on the road to Aswan
This traveler's rest just around the corner from my last post has been abandoned. No water urns, just shade. We are starting to see the Nubian influence in architecture with domes as we approach Aswan. I photographed this one because it is not plastered and shows the brick structure. These would normally be plastered over the brick and painted pastel colors.
