After what seemed like interminable organization, packing, reorganization, and repacking, we finally arrived at the airport in the morning with one bike box and two duffel bags each. Somewhat complex to explain, but our tour operators requested that we each pack a "daily bag", and a "permanent bag". The permanent bag would stay on the transport truck most days, and we would only have access to it during our rest/tourist days. The long anticipated adventure/expedition begins!
